With its high ceilings, pale blue walls and display cases, Boule has earned its place among L.A.'s chic shops and restaurants. What sets this thoroughly modern pâtisserie apart is that the superior confections are equally as stylish as the décor. The shop also serves flaky French pastries, cakes and tarts, ice creams, sorbets, coffee and tea. It's a sweet spot where style and substance meet.
All products are handmade from scratch by the Boule pastry team. The product lines are Pâtisserie (cakes, tarts), Glâcerie (sorbets and ice cream), and Confiserie (single bean origin chocolates and confections). Boule also offers Intelligentsia coffee and exclusive teas from Paris’ Palais des Thès to compliment our splendid creations.
